Responsibilities- Assess, identify, and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, medication administration, and other relevant data to inform care decisions.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and empowering them to take an active role in their care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year ICU Telemetry Nursing experience.
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
