Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of hourly employees to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Assist the General Manager in ensuring operations run efficiently and according to company policy and standards
  • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure proper compensation and service
  • Support the training and development of restaurant employees
  • Manage performance of all hourly employees, with an emphasis on Front of House employees
  • Assist in the completion of general business administration, including payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting
  • Promote the business, build sales, increase profits, ensure guest satisfaction, and brand integrity
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast-paced environment
  • Successfully completed food safety/sanitation training
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • General knowledge in full service restaurant operations/hospitality industry
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Strong operational skills in a customer-service and hospitality environment
  • Strong coaching skills
  • Intermediate mathematical computations skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
