Key Responsibilities:
  • Ambassador of the Goldfish Swim School Brand: Represent our brand with excellence and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
  • Swim Instruction and Lifeguarding: Provide high-quality swim instruction based on our curriculum and maintain lifeguard credentials throughout employment.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk duties, including interacting with customers, answering questions, and providing information about our programs.
Requirements:
  • Ability to Work with Children: Possess excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with children and adults.
  • Education and Certifications: High school diploma or GED preferred, with experience as a certified lifeguard, youth sports instructor/coach, camp counselor, swim instructor, and/or childcare provider a plus. Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certification required.
