Job Title: Restoration Specialist

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled Restoration Specialist to join a growing restoration company in the Lacey, WA area.

We are seeking an experienced professional with prior experience in restoration, particularly in fire and water damage recovery. As a Restoration Specialist, you will be responsible for demo, restore, and repair homes after disaster events.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrating expertise in skilled labor duties
  • Working efficiently in dirty environments, crawl spaces, and ladders

Our ideal candidate possesses:

  • Prior experience in restoration (fire and water damage)
  • Comfortable working with hand/power tools

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $23/hour to start, with typical shifts from 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday. Additionally, we provide benefits including sick pay and PTO.
