About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a part-time or full-time employee in license billing management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the internal approval process for completed settlements, coordinating with accounting and controlling, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of recurring settlements.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation, creation, and documentation of recurring settlements with artists and licensees
  • Contact person and liaison for artists and licensees regarding license accounting
  • Management of the internal approval process for completed settlements on relevant deadlines
  • Conceptual development of existing procedures and tools for accounting management in existing systems
  • Validation of recurring settlements from licensees/distributors for plausibility, completeness, and accuracy, including corresponding documentation
Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification and relevant professional experience. You should have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
