Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Control: Develop and implement effective inventory control systems to ensure accurate tracking and management of stock levels.
  • Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with internal teams to optimize supply chain processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of up to 20 associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain a system to monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a warehouse or equivalent role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strong inventory control skills, WMS experience, and knowledge of warehouse operations best practices.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Spanish.
