Job Title: Commercial Tire Technician

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Tire Technician to join our team at McCarthy Tire Service Co. in Horseheads, NY.

Job Summary:

The Commercial Tire Technician will be responsible for performing service in our shop, including mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires for our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience with heavy duty and commercial tires, particularly tire mounting and dismounting.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform service in shop and repair work for customers as directed by Service Manager
  • Participate in training and follow safety procedures, job duties, and company policies
  • Assist with other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • High School Degree or GED
  • Minimum age of 18
  • Driver's License required
  • Experience with heavy duty and commercial tires, particularly tire mounting and dismounting
