Position Overview
Martignetti Companies is in search of dependable and diligent individuals to join our dynamic warehouse team during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble loads to comply with established standards, ensuring accurate and timely loading. Efficiently load and unload delivery trucks while maintaining proper stock rotation within the warehouse. Uphold quality control measures. Maintain the cleanliness of the facility, including monitoring and repacking damaged goods, as well as performing general maintenance tasks. Safely operate various warehouse machinery as required.Required Skills and Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to adhere to safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques. Proficient in reading and documenting orders, inventory, and pallet tickets, typically acquired through a high school education.Education and Experience
Certification to operate Material Handling Equipment such as forklifts (both stand-up and sit-down), order pickers, electric jacks, and pallet jacks is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred.Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
The role requires frequent standing or walking throughout the shift. The position demands significant mental focus to effectively manage complex tasks that require sustained attention. The work environment includes regular exposure to various environmental factors such as odors, noise, dust, heat, cold, or chemicals. Ability to lift cases averaging 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height is necessary.
