Position Overview:

As a Server, your primary responsibility will be to deliver prompt and courteous service, ensuring that all guest needs are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and provide exemplary customer service
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of menu items and beverage selections
  • Maintain cleanliness and uphold standards at your designated station
  • Process orders and respond to guest inquiries or preferences
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff for special requests or dietary considerations
  • Accurately handle transactions using the MICROS system
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
  • Present checks and process payments with efficiency
  • Keep work areas tidy and organized
  • Prepare and set up tables for service
  • Complete end-of-shift responsibilities effectively

Qualifications:

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced setting
  • At least 1 year of serving experience in a reputable venue
  • TABC and Food Handler certifications are required
  • WineQuest certification is necessary
  • Experience with cash handling is advantageous
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
