- Develop Thought Leadership: Develop thought leadership in the Strategic Operations space through participation in industry events, panel discussions, publishing papers, and other activities.
- Working Experience in Customer Strategy: 3+ years of experience in customer strategy, digital strategy, product strategy, experience strategy, or business strategy.
- Experience Providing Strategic Technology Advisory Services: Experience providing strategic technology advisory services to clients.
- Knowledge of Business Operations Design & Analysis: Knowledge of business operations design and analysis, including business cases and ROI calculations, IT strategy development, ideation workshops, governance and effectiveness, strategic roadmap and execution plans, business architecture and operating models, change management and organizational effectiveness, business process outsourcing, sourcing and vendor strategy, and mergers and acquisitions.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and sustain strong and trusted client relationships.
- Proven Ability to Manage and Prioritize Multiple Competing Tasks: Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing tasks.
- Demonstrated Ability to Be Resourceful and Learn New Concepts Quickly: Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and learn new concepts quickly.
