Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Current State Assessments: Evaluate our clients' current business operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Gain Deeper Understanding of Clients: Conduct interviews and focus groups to gain a deeper understanding of our clients' business needs and goals.
  • Define Future State Visions: Develop strategic plans to help our clients achieve their business objectives and drive growth.
  • Perform Gap Analyses: Identify areas where our clients' current operations are not meeting their business needs and develop plans to address these gaps.
  • Develop Executable Strategies: Create realistic and executable strategies to help our clients achieve their business objectives.
  • Execute and Deliver High-Quality Engagement Tasks: Work with our clients to deliver high-quality engagement tasks and ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget.
  • Develop Deep Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with our clients and act as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Participate in the Development of the S&O Practice: Contribute to the development of our Strategic Operations practice, including recruiting, internal communications, training, and people and culture initiatives.
  • Develop Thought Leadership: Develop thought leadership in the Strategic Operations space through participation in industry events, panel discussions, publishing papers, and other activities.
Requirements
  • Working Experience in Customer Strategy: 3+ years of experience in customer strategy, digital strategy, product strategy, experience strategy, or business strategy.
  • Experience Providing Strategic Technology Advisory Services: Experience providing strategic technology advisory services to clients.
  • Knowledge of Business Operations Design & Analysis: Knowledge of business operations design and analysis, including business cases and ROI calculations, IT strategy development, ideation workshops, governance and effectiveness, strategic roadmap and execution plans, business architecture and operating models, change management and organizational effectiveness, business process outsourcing, sourcing and vendor strategy, and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and sustain strong and trusted client relationships.
  • Proven Ability to Manage and Prioritize Multiple Competing Tasks: Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing tasks.
  • Demonstrated Ability to Be Resourceful and Learn New Concepts Quickly: Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and learn new concepts quickly.
