Capstone at Centerra is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Giver to join our team. As a Care Giver, you will play a vital role in providing hands-on care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide laundry and housekeeping services to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment for residents.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting their independence and dignity.
- Participate in life enrichment activities and engage residents in meaningful conversations and interactions.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Certified Nurse's Aid certification preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
