Job Title: Project Manager

Verista is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of medium to large-sized projects in the Finance domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with IT Business Partners and Digital Capability Managers to define project teams and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage project deliverables, schedules, governance, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Prepare and provide regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting performance, risks, and potential impediments.
  • Monitor and control project schedules and financials, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, with a strong background in financial operations and reporting in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with project and portfolio management tools, such as ServiceNow.
  • Strong stakeholder building and relationship skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong vendor management skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage contracts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex issues and make informed decisions.
  • PMP or equivalent certification, with Agile experience a plus.
