This Insurance Sales Consultant position with Elizabeth Ross - State Farm Agent offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and advance your career in insurance sales. Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs. You will also be responsible for marketing appropriate products and services, and building strong relationships with customers. In addition, you will receive comprehensive training on State Farm products and services, ensuring that you are equipped to provide exceptional service to our clients.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $44,000-$58,000 per year, plus commission and bonus opportunities. You will also receive health benefits, paid time off, and flexible hours. As an Agent Team Member, you will have the opportunity to grow within the agency and advance your career, making this a rewarding and challenging role for experienced professionals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have an interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs. You should be people-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team environment. A Property and Casualty license is required, and you are expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education.
