About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Principal to lead our Child Care Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and representing Everbrook as a premier childcare brand, reflecting high business and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing performance improvement plans.
  • Ensure the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards while promoting a positive partnership within the surrounding community.
  • Drive the enrollment and marketing of Everbrook Academy as a premier brand in the childcare industry utilizing grassroots marketing strategies, community outreach, and local partnerships.
  • Spark imagination, build self-esteem, and help children discover new things each day in an educational, caring, and safe environment.
  • Recruit, select, and retain quality staff.
Requirements
  • Must have a Director Certification Level 3
  • Bachelor's degree required in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
  • 2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

  • Compensation is based on Position, Education, and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
  • Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) is provided for full-time employees, and Limited medical offered for part-time workers
