About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at Action Behavior Centers. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply the principles of ABA therapy to create personalized treatment plans for each child
  • Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting, focusing on shaping the minds of children in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years old)
  • Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child, collaborating with a team of like-minded professionals
  • Engage with children, ensuring their safety and comfort, and fostering a joyful atmosphere
  • Support your team, being available to help out neighboring centers when needed
