Helzberg Diamonds is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Internet Fulfillment Associate to join our Distribution team during the busy holiday season.

Job Summary:

This seasonal position is responsible for processing sales transactions generated from the Helzberg Diamonds Internet site, ensuring the integrity and movement of merchandise being shipped for customer orders, and providing timely and accurate shipping of packages to the mailroom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scan and sort items accurately to process orders.
  • Process and pack sales orders generated by the Helzberg Diamonds Internet site in accordance with packing slips and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that the appropriate materials (i.e., warranties, gift cards, packing slips, etc.) are included in each shipment.
  • File invoices, restock supplies, and maintain a clean and organized workspace to efficiently fulfill orders.
  • Provide backup for retrieving merchandise from stores to fulfill orders when necessary.
  • Perform various duties for other work groups in the Distribution Center as needed to support a dynamic and fluid team.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required.
  • One to three years of distribution or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow written instructions.
  • Ability to work well under pressure during high-volume periods.
  • Regular, predictable onsite attendance is required.
