Job Title: VP, Salesforce Architecture

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP, Salesforce Architecture to join our team at Merchants Bank of Indiana. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a scalable and high-performing Salesforce Financial Services solution that meets the business objectives of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a scalable and stable Salesforce solution that meets the needs of our business.
  • Work closely with internal and external partners to develop and execute a strategy to nurture the Salesforce platform and staff delivery teams with the technical skills necessary to meet scale, support, and stability expectations.
  • Define and implement a staffing, partnership, and governance strategy that ensures responsive support, platform stability, and development of new capabilities for a solution expanding across multiple teams and business units.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Data and Project Delivery leadership to define and implement a strategy for integrating Salesforce with other systems and platforms within the organization.
  • Guarantee successful transition of solution support from external delivery partners to internal delivery teams for ongoing support and improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years' experience with complex Salesforce implementations in a Salesforce Architect or similar capacity.
  • 5+ years' experience with Salesforce CRM, Sales, or Financial Services Cloud.
  • Mulesoft experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills required.
  • Experience operating and executing within multiple delivery frameworks (Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Multifamily or Commercial Real Estate industry experience preferred.
