The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and overseeing legal data/file migration from legacy systems to a new matter management system, ensuring accuracy and proper data mapping.
Essential Functions:
- Data Migration: Execute and oversee legal data/file migration from legacy systems to a new matter management system, ensuring accuracy and proper data mapping.
- Support implementation of legal data migration, ensuring that the quality, integrity, and completeness of legal files are maintained throughout.
- Regular reporting on progress and adherence to data standards.
- Support and Training: Provide training and support to staff on using the new system and accessing migrated data.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in applicable field and/or 3+ years of experience in data migration, data management, or system implementation, preferably within a legal or professional services environment.
- Proficiency in matter management or case management systems (e.g., NetDocuments or similar platforms).
- Strong understanding of data integrity, quality control, and compliance, particularly in a legal context.
Work Schedule: Tuesday - Thursday, 8:AM-4:PM
Hiring Range: $18-$20
