Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant Instructor and Program Coordinator to join our team at Management & Training Corporation (MTC). As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality academic and career technical trade instruction to our students, while also coordinating program activities and ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Instructional Delivery: Provide students with direction, instruction, and assistance in designated areas of instruction, including academic and career technical trade training.
  • Student Support: Motivate and counsel students in areas of behavior, training, personal problems, or study habits, and coordinate with counselors and staff as necessary to resolve issues affecting student training and/or instruction.
  • Program Coordination: Develop and prepare lessons in accordance with approved curriculum guidelines, recommend curricula changes and supplemental materials, and maintain organized, clean, and safe training environments.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Participate in student assessment panels, perform required documentation and evaluation using CIS (Center Information System) and other documentation systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license.
  • Experience: One year experience working for a long-term care facility and train-the-trainer certification required.
  • Other: A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
