About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Services Manager to join our team at Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining rooms, caf, and kitchen, ensuring exceptional service and quality food for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of dining staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure proper food preparation, presentation, and service standards are met.
  • Oversee the organization and sanitation of the kitchen, dining rooms, and storage areas.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and quality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in dining room management, service, and sanitation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Restaurant Management or Hospitality.
  • Dietetics experience may be substituted for up to one year of experience.
  • Ability to supervise multiple dining rooms and a large number of employees.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
