Requirements
  • Lifting and Carrying: Lifting and carrying up to 120 pounds (drywall material and scrap).
  • Pushing and Pulling: Pushing and pulling 50 pound carts & wheelbarrows frequently.
  • Reaching and Pushing: Reaching and pushing 40-60 pound scrap into truck above shoulder and at shoulder height occasionally.
  • Mental Alertness and Muscular Coordination: Mental alertness and muscular coordination required.
  • Walking and Carrying: Walking and carrying materials. Approximately 6 hours per day.
  • Driving Requirements: Must conform to D.O.T. standards in §391.41, Subpart E, of physical and mental capabilities, including vision of at least 20/40 in each eye without corrective lenses, and hearing capacity under number 11 of the subpart.
