We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Summer Intern in Mining Operations. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside top industry professionals and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of geotechnical projects, including data collection and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable resource development strategies.
- Contribute to the development of mineral processing and general administration projects.
- Participate in health and safety initiatives to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university or community college, majoring in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical, or Mining).
- Available to work full-time from May to August.
- Ability to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety-related instructions and procedures in English.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
