Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team at Gentry Public School District.

The Speech Pathologist will be responsible for assessing students' communication skills, developing treatment plans, and providing speech and language therapy to students with communication disorders.

• Assess students' communication skills, including articulation, fluency, voice, expressive and receptive language, etc.
• Develop treatment plans and interventions to minimize the adverse impact of communication disorders.
• Provide speech and language therapy to students, including individual and group sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement communication plans.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress.
• Participate in meetings and workshops to stay current on best practices in speech and language therapy.

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Arkansas certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with students with communication disorders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The Speech Pathologist will work in a school setting, providing services to students with communication disorders. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
