Budget Analyst

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Budget Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting homeowner association dues on new construction residential developments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a small caseload of projects throughout the state
• Working with Excel to calculate and transpose data from working plans or maps into different spreadsheets
• Examining plans, maps, and construction drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Collaborating with property managers, maintenance contractors, municipal governments, builders, and developers to get cost estimates and projections

Requirements:

• Two years of experience working in an office using Microsoft Office and Excel
