Position Overview:
The Sales Associate is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently handling sales transactions for fuel and merchandise. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the shift.
Compensation:
$14 per hour (Dependent on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
- Adhere to company policies regarding age-restricted product sales.
- Prepare food and beverages, maintain cleanliness, and stock the food preparation area in accordance with health regulations.
- Follow daily operational procedures to keep the store clean, organized, and adequately stocked.
- Maintain inventory in coolers, shelves, and display units, ensuring they are well-presented.
- Complete shift-change reports by reconciling and balancing the cash register.
- Comply with all Parkland USA, vendor, and merchandising policies.
- Meet performance expectations and fulfill all assigned duties.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior experience in a convenience store, restaurant, or retail setting.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to stand and work without defined break periods.
- Adaptability to varying outdoor climates and in-store cooler conditions.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Positive and engaging personality.
- Experience with cash handling is a significant advantage.
