Penn State Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Manager to join our team in Hershey, Pennsylvania. As a critical care professional, you will be responsible for leading the Life Lion Critical Care Transport Services and ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.

Job Summary:

  • Manage all aspects of the Life Lion Critical Care Transport Services
  • Develop and monitor operational and capital budgets
  • Oversight of clinical care provided by the transport team

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an individual who has a strong background in healthcare management, with a focus on critical care transport. Your experience and skills will enable you to make informed decisions and drive improvement in patient care.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Three (3) years management experience required
  • BLS and ACLS certification required
  • One or more of the following credentials preferred: PHRN, CFRN, CCRN, CEN, PALS, or NRP
