**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse II to join our team in the Adult Emergency Department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

**Responsibilities:**

* Assess, coordinate, plan, direct, implement, and manage the needs of assigned patients throughout the care process
* Oversee patient progress toward discharge and ensure competent, compassionate care is provided consistently to all patients
* Implement physician orders, administer medications, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests
* Provide primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care

**Requirements:**

* Graduate of a professional academic nursing program with a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree
* Current NYS Registered Nurse license
* BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC certification
* 1-3 years of previous clinical nursing experience in an Emergency Department
* Ability to improve job performance through continuing education
* Knowledge of quality concepts, principles, and problem-solving tools and techniques
