Job Title: Dialysis Nurse Position

Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Dialysis Nurse to join our team for a travel nursing assignment in a reputable healthcare institution.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Dialysis Nurse to provide critical care to patients who are acutely ill or have life-threatening conditions. The ideal candidate will have strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills, as well as knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and advanced life support techniques.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide critical care to patients who are acutely ill or have life-threatening conditions.
  • Monitor and administer medications, manage ventilators, and use advanced equipment to support vital functions.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the United States.
  • Experience in dialysis nursing or critical care.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and advanced life support techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
