Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

Join our team at the University of Missouri-Columbia as a Registered Behavior Technician, providing direct individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to work as a Registered Behavior Technician in our Applied Behavioral Intervention Services division. As a key member of our team, you will provide structured and naturalistic teaching opportunities to children with ASD, while also educating families and caregivers on strategies for implementing therapy at home.

Responsibilities
  • Follow intervention plans developed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Work directly with children providing structured and naturalistic teaching opportunities
  • Assist with educating families and caregivers regarding specific strategies being used in therapy
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. Additionally, one year of experience in health management or program administration is required.
