Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized plans of care
  • Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
  • Conduct thorough assessments and identify patients' needs
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a school of professional nursing
  • Licensed by the Georgia Board of Nursing
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
