Responsibilities:
• Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Take orders and deliver food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Upsell food and beverage items to guests, promoting our menu offerings and specials.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a hotel or restaurant environment preferred.
