Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Service Group Leaders to provide expert guidance within our Water and Natural Resources Business Unit, focusing on stormwater management and river restoration projects.
  • Deliver technical excellence and strategic insight in stormwater systems, river restoration, fish passage engineering, and hydraulic design.
  • Develop comprehensive technical proposals, including scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Oversee water resource planning and design projects, ensuring effective workload management, scheduling, and quality assurance.
  • Mentor and supervise team members responsible for design calculations, drawings, and specifications.
  • Lead the preparation of construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources, or Environmental Engineering is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 8 years of relevant Project Engineering experience in stormwater and river restoration design, with a minimum of 2 years in a project management capacity.
  • A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license in the applicable state is essential.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership and collaborative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
