Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist with a focus on pediatric care to evaluate and treat children with various physical challenges. The ideal candidate will develop individualized treatment plans to help them achieve their highest level of independence and function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate pediatric clients to determine therapy needs and set appropriate goals.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans aimed at improving strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
  • Document patient progress, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.
  • Educate clients and their families on therapy exercises, home programs, and strategies to continue progress outside of sessions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and ensure continuity of services.
  • Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment, ensuring equipment is sanitized and functioning properly.

Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas or eligibility for licensure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed.
