District Operations Managers oversee the comprehensive operations of a branded restaurant for LV Petroleum LLC, managing a team of Associates and Leaders to ensure our guests receive top-notch service.


Key Responsibilities:


• Ensure your team warmly welcomes all guests, fostering a sense of appreciation and loyalty.


• Exhibit leadership qualities by:

• Establishing trust with the store team through clear and measurable objectives, holding yourself and your team accountable, and maintaining open and effective communication.


• Cultivate a strong team by: recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, providing timely performance feedback, and leading by example.


• Lead a team of store associates fairly, consistently, and impartially, while upholding all State & Federal regulations alongside Company policies and procedures.


• Strive for operational excellence by developing performance goals aligned with the Company's objectives, achieving financial targets (Sales/expenses to budget, net profit), and pursuing continuous improvement.


• Oversee food operations to guarantee the quality and safety of all products sold.


• Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the store (inside and out), ensuring all food preparation areas are clean and stocked, food service areas are immaculate, and restrooms are well-maintained, directing the team to uphold the Company's standards.


• Supervise quality control, merchandising, safety programs, and other guidelines essential for successful food service operations.

Work Schedule:


This is a full-time position requiring flexibility in working hours, including day and night shifts, as LV Petroleum locations may operate 24 hours depending on the site. Weekend and holiday availability is essential.


Work Hours & Conditions:
• Minimum 50-hour work week

Travel Requirements:
• 5% travel may be necessary. Reliable transportation is required.

Physical Demands:


• Ability to maneuver and regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

• Capability to stand/walk for 8 hours daily; reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, reach, grasp, and work in cooler environments (cold temperatures).

The work environment typically has a moderate noise level.


Additional Information:
• Specialized attire is required in food establishments. Slip-resistant footwear is mandatory, along with attire specified by brand standards and franchise agreements.
