Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team at Carl Buddig and Company OWS. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Sales and Marketing teams, providing administrative and secretarial services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support, including typing, filing, and scheduling.
  • Create gift baskets, maintain inventory levels, and process new product launches.
  • Arrange shipments, prepare show paperwork, and schedule activities for team members.
  • Enter data into administrative logs, run and sort bill of ladings, and stock paper and supplies.

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; an Associate's Degree is preferred.
  • Excellent command of the English language and business knowledge are essential.
  • Proficiency in various computer software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software.
  • High-level interpersonal skills for handling sensitive situations and confidentiality.

Physical Demands:
  • Regular sitting, standing, occasional walking, reaching, lifting up to 25 pounds, and visual adjustments.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per annum.
