Position Overview

Command Holdings is in search of a Strategy Analyst to spearhead the development, execution, management, and evaluation of security assistance and cooperation initiatives across USSOUTHCOM and its affiliated commands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver strategic integration and partnership support for USSOUTHCOM and international liaison operations.
  • Facilitate regional security collaboration efforts, including exchanges and visits.
  • Oversee the implementation of various U.S.C. Title 10 and Title 22 programs, aligning them with national security goals.
  • Enhance partnerships with foreign nations through assessments and recommendations aimed at improving their capabilities.
  • Strengthen partner nation capacities through training and equipment provision.
  • Offer expertise in regional training initiatives.
  • Provide technical insights and recommend technologies/equipment to ensure interoperability between partner forces and U.S. military.

Work Environment:

  • Moderate to loud noise levels typical of an office setting with computers and communication devices.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a computer workstation may be required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Employees must be able to sit, stand, communicate, and hear effectively.
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for computer operation is necessary.

Travel Requirements:

  • Minimal travel, approximately 10%.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • At least 3 years of experience in security assistance, cooperation, or evaluation activities.
  • Experience with combatant commands.
  • Exceptional communication and client engagement skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Active Top Secret security clearance.
  • Experience with USSOCOM or TSOC.
