Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Maintenance Technician responsible for executing comprehensive maintenance and repair tasks on various building systems, including HVAC and refrigeration units. This role requires a commitment to excellence and adherence to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular monitoring and assessment of equipment performance.
- Stay updated with standard operating procedures and compliance requirements.
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance and service requests.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to facilitate necessary services.
