  • Provide onsite or remote support to complete Medicaid eligibility processes in skilled nursing centers.
  • Meet with patients and their families to educate them on the Medicaid process and obtain signatures on applicable forms.
  • Review financial verifications to determine eligibility and limit the need for pre-eligibility Medicaid expenses.
  • Complete Medicaid applications and re-determinations, monitoring progress and responding to requests for information.
