Job Summary:

Memorial Healthcare System is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients to develop, recover, and maintain occupational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a plan of care that addresses the patient's needs and involves the healthcare team.
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients, including assessments, treatments, and education.
  • Supervise and delegate the care provided by certified occupational therapy assistants and therapy technicians.
  • Mentor peers and students.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Accredited Program: Occupational Therapy (Required)
  • BLS American Heart E-Card (BLS AHA ECARD) - American Heart Association (AMERICAN HEART)
  • Occupational Therapy License (OT LICENSE) - State of Florida (FL)
