About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Humana. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to improve their motor functions and reasoning abilities.
  • Teach patients to perform daily living tasks and work-related activities to compensate for permanent loss of function.
  • Assist patients in selecting adaptive equipment and assistive devices to enhance their independence.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of employment.
  • Recent clinical experience in occupational therapy.
  • Current CPR certification and other relevant certifications.
  • Valid driver's license, car insurance, and access to an automobile.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
  • Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
