We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a full-time or part-time clinical expert. As a BCBA at Proud Moments ABA, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement targeted interventions to address the unique needs of our clients.
  • Supervise and support a team of behavioral technicians to ensure high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with families to develop personalized treatment plans that meet their needs.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in ABA.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA license or eligibility to sit for the exam within the next 3 months.
  • Proven experience implementing ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
