Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Adoration Home Health and Hospice. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their homes, providing essential one-on-one care and support to individuals with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Perform evaluations and treatments for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
  • Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Current licensure in the state and American Heart Association CPR certification
  • One year of experience in speech pathology, with home health experience preferred
