About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Adoration Home Health and Hospice. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with patients in their homes, providing individualized care and support to help them achieve their maximum level of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Perform evaluations and treatments for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet patient goals
  • Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Current licensure in the state and American Heart Association CPR certification
  • One year of experience in speech pathology, with home health experience preferred
