About This Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Content Development Specialist to help us craft compelling internal and external communication strategies that enhance our company's reputation and foster engagement among our stakeholders.

Remuneration Package

The successful candidate will receive an estimated hourly compensation of $19.50-$31.00, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, holidays, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

This role entails:

  1. Designing and implementing internal and external communication strategies to elevate our company's reputation and engage stakeholders effectively.
  2. Cultivating cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless communication efforts align with company objectives.
  3. Providing exceptional support as a liaison between the organization and its stakeholders, addressing their inquiries and offering timely responses.
  4. Participating in event planning, workshops, and community initiatives to foster connections and promote our brand.
  5. Maintaining a meticulously organized database of media contacts and distribution lists to ensure efficient communication.
Required Skills

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (desired).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools like Mailchimp.
  • Prior experience in communications or a related field (an asset).
