About the Role
As a HOA Portfolio Manager at Hoamco, you will play a crucial part in supervising a portfolio of communities in the Phoenix Metro. This role involves interacting with internal and external customers, including homeowners, vendors, Board Members, committee members, and staff. Your primary responsibility will be to provide overall supervision of the managed communities.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage community operations according to governing documents, management agreements, and contracts.
- Foster proactive and clear communication with BODs, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure financial acumen by preparing budgets, making timely payments, and maintaining monthly financial reports.
- Follow established processes for timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Conduct meetings in person or virtually as needed and make regular property visits for inspections and project oversight.
- Perform administrative duties as necessary and stay updated on best industry practices and relevant laws.

Requirements and Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in Portfolio Community Management.
- Professionalism and dependability are essential.
- Excellent customer service skills to build quality relationships with Boards and Homeowners.

Benefits and Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, holiday pay, PTO, and more after 60 days of employment. All candidates must undergo on-site pre-hire proficiency tests.
