Compensation: $17 to $20 per hour

Overview Main Street Lofts is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant who excels in customer service and can effectively connect with future residents to secure lease agreements. We are looking for an energetic individual with great communication skills and a background in sales who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As a Leasing Consultant at RAM Partners, LLC, you will have access to a comprehensive training program, including 400+ live and virtual classes, as well as easily accessible corporate mentors and resources. Our recognition program rewards outstanding performance and dedication to excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Generate interest in our community by highlighting its unique features and benefits, and differentiate it from the competition.
  • Communicate effectively with potential residents throughout the leasing process, ensuring a seamless transition to making our community their home.
  • Serve as a resource for residents, addressing their concerns and finding solutions to their problems.
  • Build lasting relationships with residents to retain and acquire new ones.
  • Utilize attention to detail to perform administrative tasks and coordinate community events.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
