Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of Omaha. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, communicating with customers, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Detect and diagnose complex automotive problems using advanced tools and equipment
- Develop and implement effective repair plans to meet customer needs and expectations
- Communicate directly with customers regarding the status of their vehicles and estimated completion times
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a service technician
- Technical school education or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
