- Collaborate with clients to co-construct measurable treatment goals and objectives.
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Engage clients in individualized treatment plans, incorporating their medical and mental health information.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- 3+ years of post-graduate clinical experience.
- Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Current, unrestricted Connecticut license in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
- Strong writing, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Training and experience in trauma-informed treatment modalities preferred.
