We are seeking a skilled and compassionate licensed mental health therapist to join our team at CMS Therapy Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct intake and diagnostic assessments to understand client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with clients to co-construct measurable treatment goals and objectives.
  • Provide crisis intervention services as needed, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Engage clients in individualized treatment plans, incorporating their medical and mental health information.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of post-graduate clinical experience.
  • Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Current, unrestricted Connecticut license in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
  • Strong writing, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Training and experience in trauma-informed treatment modalities preferred.
