Qualifications:
  • ASE Certification is required; Chrysler certification is preferred.
  • Strong collaboration skills are essential.
  • Must possess personal tools.
  • A clean and valid driver's license is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute tasks outlined in the repair order efficiently and in line with dealership standards.
  • Conduct test drives and utilize diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment to assess vehicle performance.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
  • Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Provide accurate labor time estimates and communicate repair details to the service advisor.
  • Maintain attention to detail and adhere to established processes.
