We are currently seeking a Site Lead to oversee a federal agency escort program. This role involves on-site responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate staffing needs as directed by the Security Monitor Coordinator and Program Manager to ensure effective monitor allocation during workforce shortages.
  • Send daily notifications (by 0530 hrs.) via email to the Security Monitor Coordinator regarding any unfulfilled or partially fulfilled monitor requests.
  • Provide a daily overview of monitor requirements and assignments to the Security Monitor Coordinator and Service Contracts focal by 1330 hrs.
  • Manage the receipt, validation, and processing of daily timesheets.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in standard software applications, including MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Notify the Security Monitor Coordinator at least one business day in advance via email when monitor requests cannot be met or are only partially fulfilled.
  • Effectively supervise personnel and implement corrective actions as necessary to align with customer expectations and corporate standards.
Qualifications:
  • Active Top-Secret/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence Scope polygraph (CI poly) is required.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must have reliable transportation to main and supplemental locations as needed.

Employees may occasionally need to lift or move moderate weights, typically under 20 pounds, depending on the position. Regular and predictable attendance is crucial.
